He often has bad dreams and it takes a while to wake him up.
I heard him screaming, went up and got him out of the cot (he's 3), his eyes were open but he was wandering around as if drunk, absolutely terrified of someone or something. It was horrible, felt like being in a horror film. I simply couldn't wake him up or get him to respond to me.
Eventually I took him and sat him on the loo and he gradually woke up and admitted he'd been having a bad dream though he couldn't say what. He happily went back to bed and settled again.
Anyone know anything about sleepwalking or have any experience?! It was just awful seeing him so terrified for so long and not being able to help him.
