My DD, age 3, has started making a fuss about going to bed, as she says her bed is not as comfortable as mummy and daddy's bed because she's not high enough and needs 2 pillows. Does anybody know if it is bad for young children to have a second pillow?

Thanks v much

Not sure how it could be bad - what sort of problems were you thinking about?

not sure really! I just have in my head that young children can get neck/back problems. The advice for under twos is no pillow at all, so just wondering whether 2 pillows is too much for a 3 year old, or am I worrying too much.....?

pillows are ok from 1 year. As long as the 2 pillows are quite flat rather than big fat squishy ones I am sure they will be fine.

I think it would be fine

my dd (just turned 4yrs old) has two pillows , she has asthma & the two pillows helps her breathing . as seona1973 said as long as they are not too big & fluffy .
