20 week old takes ages to settle at night

My 20 week old DS takes ages to settle for bed at night (1-2 hours sometimes!)

We think the problem is wind - so after a feed, he falls asleep but wakes up soon after wriggling etc etc. He has reflux and is on medication for this which helps. However, I am at a loss as to what to do about the wind. I lay him in his cot and he starts crying hysterically as he has a big burp. But after rocking etc etc he still wont settle as there is more but very hard to get out. He roots for food, which I gave but soon realised it was making it worse as he'd take down more air and problem would start all over again. (He has a shallow latch because I have an over active letdown so milk flows too fast. I have been working on this but the wind problem only seems to have got worse in the last few weeks).

I'm worried it's turning into a cycle of feed, wind, DS is uncomfortable so wants more food which means more wind etc etc...

Has anyone suffered with this and any ideas to resolve? I thought babies would be able to better deal with wind by 12 weeks!
