Hello. My ds (neary 11 months now) has been waking at 5:45 for weeks now. He goes to sleep at 7:30 and neeeds to sleep more at night. We need him to too.
Have tried shorter day naps, different bedtimes, food before bed, nothing worked. Kind folk on Mumsnet suggested wake-to-sleep so am asking for any more experience, advice or info about what seems a fairly counterintuitive and scary (what if I actually wake ds and he stays awake???) method.
Please explain and persuade me!
