... you have nothing to lose but your sanity! and job. F*ck this, I can't sleep. Not since a very long time. Have tried everything I can get my hands on, including Xanax & Zolpidem. Help. I'm losing my mind & have eyes like a panda.

Am a nightmare just now too. Will be better once I go back to work and so in a normal pattern.

I have phases of not sleeping at all, not sleeping much and sleeping well. There's no pattern to it but it's only been like this since having DC's.It drives me insane and it regularly makes me feel as if I'm loosing the plot.

My only reassurance is that when DS1 got to three years old I suddenly started sleeping well consistently. The arrival of DS2 a year later has thrown it all into chaos but I have a theory that once he gets older I will be able to switch off at night again. (incidentally both DS's slept through the night from around three months which makes my insomnia all the more frustrating..grrr...)
