Please would you tell me about your 6 month old's naps?

I'd love to know about what other 6mo's day sleep is like. DS still has three naps a day at around..

10.30am for 30 mins
1.30pm for 1 hour
4.30pm for 30 mins

then bed at 7.30pm-ish

should I be persuading him to drop the later one? He gets so grouchy if he doesn't get his head down late afternoon but his night sleep is terrible either way (up every two hours.. yawnarama.....)

thanks

Hi,

My 6mo naps around the following times:
9am for about 1 hour
1pm for up to 1 1/2 hrs
5.30pm for 1 hour

Goes to bed about 8pm but then she sometimes wakes and I get her up until we all go back to bed (we co-sleep) around 10/10.30

She sleeps very well through the night waking once or twice for a Bfeed.

hi
my 5 1/2 month old gets up 7ish, is awake for 1/1/2 hrs then naps for usually an hour (but last couple of days has been longer). Then has either two short or one long nap in the afternoon. We were starting bath, feed bedtime routine at 7 and he'd be down for the night by 8 but that has crept earlier and he is doing 7pm ish til 7am now. His naps have increased since we started weaning him and the house is a bit warmer as the heating is constantly on. I think that has something to do with the longer naps as once or twice we have carried him in from the car in his coat and put him straight upstairs and he has always slept longest then.
