Tell me about your 1-year-old's naps

DS (14 month) has for a long time woken about 5-6am, and then always gone down for a nap at about 9.30. He then normally has a short one in his buggy after lunch when we go out, and maybe a longer one about 4ish (not every day).

He's at nursery three days a week though, and never has a morning nap there - getting to a new place with other babies seems to rejuvenate him!

He's now starting to sleep later, until 7-7.30am (and yes we're celebrating!). However this completely throws his morning nap out - he doesn't sleep until about 11, he then wakes up late for lunch? I was wondering what other people's routines were.

I do! His sleeping was so bad for so long, then recently he's done 60-90 minutes in the mornings and it's so great for having breakfast, doing some work, getting some knitting done... I'm very happy about the later sleeping but really don't want to lose that!

DS3 (13ish months) ghas two different routines, the school run one and the weekend/holiday one.

School run: gets up at 7, naps at 10 for a coupe of hours, dinner, then naps in car either on the way or back from school run. Bed at half 6.

Weekend/holiday: Up anytime after half 7, then goes for a nap after being up for 2 hours, he'll have another two hour nap, dinner, then maybe go for a nap about 3ish for an hour, bed at 7.

I know it sounds like I have it easy, but he has only slept since he was 11 months old, and the naps likewise.

I have a 15 month old and she sleeps from 11am to 1pm aprox if up early or 1pm - 3pm if she wakes up later and she seems happy with that.

DS is 15 months old and naps have changed a lot in recent weeks, but current schedule is:

Any time from 6:20 onwards: wake
After about 2 hours awake time nap 1 happens
Any time from 1pm-4pm nap 2 happens (oh, the routine).

The total nap time is usually around 90 mins or 2 hours max, either one short and one long nap, or roughly equal lengths.
