Is this enough sleep for a 10 month old?

Hiya. My ten month old daughter used to have one nap at 9.00am for half hour then a 2 hour sleep after lunch at about 12.30. For the last 5 days she has not had her morning nap at all. She has done it quite a few times over the past few weeks when my boyfriends mum looks after her. Is 2 hours sleep a day enough?

Cheersxx

My DS was about 10 months when he dropped his morning nap.

it depends how much night sleep she has. The 'average' for this age is about 13.5-14 hours in every 24 hours. So if your lo sleeps for 11-12 hours at night, she may only need a couple of hours during the day. My dd dropped down to one nap at around 11 months as well
