My 10 month old DS is great at getting off to sleep after a story but wakes at least twicw in the night, usually around 1ish then 4/5 ish. The only way we've found of getting him back to sleep is to give a bottle of milk. He generally sinks at least 8 oz after his bottle before bed! I know I've given in and created this habit so I'd like to make breaking it as easy as poss on my spud. Any ideas? I don't think its a case of not eating enough during the day because he eats really well and above average for both height and weight on stupid growth charts. What do you think?
