but she had been sleeping thru since from 6 weeks old, she is now 1

BUT

its my dd1 who was a very good sleeper from 8 weeks till 3 yrs old, she been waking up with a bad dream for the past 2 years and my Dp got restless leg syndrome so i do get woken up alot!!!!

ive got purple rings under my eyes permantly and soooooo tired!...

Dp suggested kalms sleeping tabs to help me to have a good night sleep!

i feel worse when i wake up and been wanting to go to bed all day.

i said to dp that i do need to exercise too and lose about 2 - 2.5 stones. its sloowwlly coming off me. - i do line dancing once a week.

I would recommend Nytol rather than kalms you can buy it over the counter but limit its use to once a week or less as it's less effective the more you us it.

bigsquirtybloodylips · 31/10/2009 20:09

can u buy them anywhere? eg boots, asda?

Piriton knocks me out, better than valerian etc. You could try that ?

I don't sleep well either so can completly Sympathise.

BigS you have to buy them over the counter in a pharmacy so Boots etc they are antihistmaines so nothing too sinister

Sorry to hear this...not sleeping is the worse.

Can I ask: what is restless leg?

bigsquirtybloodylips · 02/11/2009 21:55

restless leg - where the legs twitched in their sleep...ill be quite happy to chop them off and sew it back on in the mornings!
