Is there a large version of an Amby hammock type of thing?

Our son used to sleep beautifully in his hammock but outgrew it when he was 10 months old.
He is now two and out of desperation I wonder if there is a hammocky type of bed but for older children? He refuses to sleep in his cot.

Perhaps it is an insane idea but we are not able to think straight anymore through lack of sleep.

I think I was going nuts iwantitnow. He is far to big for a hammock and there is something about their spines needing a firm surface. He is going in to a proper bed tonight.
