Please could I have some ideas/ advice?
My 4year old dd, who has been sleeping well (7:30pm-7) is now waking at night, afraid of the dark.
How have others ( I hope there are others !!!) dealt with this? She shares a room with dd2 (2yrs) who seems to wake up if there's too much light in the room. The last few nights DD1 has had a small LED light with her. She insists on it being switched on all night though, so not sure this is long term solution...
Any thoughts...?
