nightmare bed times - don't know what to do

Am having a nightmare with my 2 DS (3 and 1).

It used to be that DS1 settled perfectly well in bed after a story and DS2 would feed to sleep.

Now DS1 is taking and hour and half to go to sleep and DS2 is not feeding to sleep.

Not sure what to do as I won't do CC with DS2 (did gradual retreat with DS1) and DS1 just keeps getting out of bed / playing with toys / climbing on windowsill / climbing up shelves.

Any ideas gratefully received

Well had a much better night. DS2 fed to sleep so I did a kind of backwards CC. This involved going into DS1 after a short time to give him a kiss if he was still in bed. I gradually increased the time between kisses and it took about 15 minutes for him to go to sleep. So much better than 1hr 30mins!

Not sure what I will do if DS2 does not feed to sleep but one step at a time.
