How much sleep does he have in the day? My dd was waking at 5/ 5.30 am which is a killer, it started when I reduced her daytime sleep, seems to have stopped now we have put her back on two daytime naps and have started putting her to bed ealier, odd I know but she has always needed lots of sleep. Early waking for her seems to be linked to being overtired.
