ds1 is 3 next month and always getting up at 5am and then being very tired in the day, its nothing in his room such as light or noise, just habit. Bought the pop up eys/ear bunny clock and he just doesnt get it, treats it as a toy and just wakes the bunny up himself. There is another one that has light on it that are stars i think? Can anyone recommend it? Is it worth trying this one??

I used fairy lights on a timer for dd that seemed to work quite well. I set the time for the time dd was waking and then gradually moved it forward 10 minutes at a time until we got to 7am which is still the time she is allowed to come through at (started at around 2 1/2 and she is now 5 1/2)

There is also a thread about wake to sleep that you may find interesting - I will have a look for it for you.

The one with the pop-up ears is SHITE> Avoid at all costs.

We now have this one. WAY better.

Neither of them worked for dd. However the bunny one is really horrible and plastic so I'd go for the light up one.
