climbing out of cot - room sharing

Just got 2 year old DD and 6 month old DS sharing a room happily and more or less sleeping through when DD appeared at the door of the room his morning having climbed out of cotbed. Had left the sides up as didn't want her to get to DS. Now what do I do? If she was alone in the room I'd take the cot sides down but am a bit worried that she might try to climb into DS's cot. I guess the baby monitor will have to come out again. just hen you think things were sorted...

If she's climbing out I would definitely ditch the sides cos she'll never look back now!! DS will soon let her know if he is not keen on having her in his cot
