I saw this in unanswered threads so I thought I'd say it's nothing unusual, unfortunately. Loads of kids won't sleep through till about age 3. My two both started to sleep through as babies but then started waking with dreams once they were about 2. The important thing is to give as little stimulation as possible - don't talk if you can help it, don't turn on the light etc. We all wake about every hour, apparently, but we're not really aware of it.

Christopher Green has helpful advice in 'Toddler Taming'.

Ds1 was at least two before he began to even come close to sleeping through. Ds2 is 2.5 and sleeps through more often than not but will revert back to getting up 1 or more times a night at the slightest provocation. It's just really difficult for some children

Ooh I hope DS sleeps through at 3. I think I can last another 10 months. He's still waking up 3-4 times a night, but does go off in his own bed in his own room and comes in with us around 1am. It has made a huge difference to us having him go to bed in his own room, even if it hasn't affected his sleeping. I'm mid-way through night weaning (v. gently, he nurses if he gets v. upset as he's still getting his last teeth) and it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference... so glad I didn't let anyone bully me into doing it before he was ready.
