Has a website called Naturally Nurturing - am thinking of getting help with my nightmare sleeper!

Yes - we used Chireal for DS1 when he was a nightmare at 4 months (needed to be fed to sleep, would only sleep for 20 min snatches). She was great - very supportive and helped sort our problem in a few weeks with great easy to follow advice (which didnt involve any controlled crying). She certainly helped us. Good luck.

P.s. DS1 has been a brilliant sleeper ever since.

I personally found her unreliable and most of her advice was common sense ... and no, it did not lead to a meaningful improvement in DS's sleep.

We used her when our twin boys were about 8 months. Personally I thought it was a complete waste of money and didn't help us at all. She seems knowledgable and experienced and promises a lot but really doesn't deliver it

Jesus, soon we will have 'experts ' on breathing and wiping arses.

It's a wonder we can do anything unaided these days.
