have been stuck at home every afternoon for 4-5 hours ever since little one started afternoon naps most days as wanted little one to sleep well etc..and now feeling a bit resentful and want to be able to have a life outside

what do you do? i stay home after lunch and put lo to bed and stay in obviously being veyr quiet as light sleeper

tried this weekend to go out with him and make him sleep out but he was always very grouchy by eve time as not had a good sleep compared to when at home in his bed with his toys

help

usually naps around 1-2pm to rarely 3/4 but in car this weekend only napped 45 mins

do i do this and be a bit nmore selfish so i can live life a bit more - by that mean chores etc?

help!

I'd say enjoy it while it lasts!! It felt like a weight lifted when mine went down to one reliable nap after lunch.

Get up earlier and do as much as you can in the morning. You'll probably have to put up with grumpiness if you do go out at naptime.
