crimp in otherwise damn fine plan - feeding to sleep

Any ideas for helping a 'feed to sleeper' go to sleep after a bottle? (She spits out dummies...)

Since the 6 week growth spurt, 12 week old DD has been feeding to sleep. Pretty much the only other times she has slept are in the sling/pushchair. Occasionally, she can sleep unassisted, but it seems like once in a blue moon. All this is fine but I haven't had much sleep this week (12 week growth spurt?) so DH did the 4.30am feed with EBM. DD took the bottle but couldn't settle to sleep. After a few mouthfuls from the breast, she zonked straight out.
