I sent him off to bounce ds3 (6 months) in his hammock. That was 30 minutes ago. There has been no sounsd of crying or anything, but dh has not emerged. I know he lays down while bounching ds (hammock is next to our bed.)

Should I check or just leave him!?

Bless him!
I'd get him -imagine the crick in his neck otherwise!

My dp does this all the time. Still does while reading stories to 7 year old ds! Has he got his pjs on? Is he comfortable or is he all scrunched up and will wake up in agony? If he's comfortable I'd leave him, if not, not.

I went in to wake dp once, to be met with a beaming smile from ds, who told me "I play, and Daddy snores on!"

I remember being my DH coming to pick me and a friend up up from a night out.
The plan was the girls would go out whilst the guys babysat and watched a DVD together.

Well it seems the dad went upstairs to put the LO to bed and never emerged again! My DH watched the film alone in thier house!

That was pre-baby days for us but can sooo relate to that now!

My father used o do that, take me upstairs to brush teeth and read to me by the time I cam back from the bathroom he was snoring on the bed.
