fist time i have posted on a talk bored s hope this makes sense! My daughter-a happy outgoing 4.3 year old has been waking at night for the last 2 years! have tried lots of things - star charts , rewards ,night light, music, homeopathic remedies and more...
She goes to bed after bath and story at 7 and falls asleep fairly quickly, we then lift her at 10 to go to toilet she goes back fine (is usually still asleep). Then the fun starts!She wakes any time from 12 -1 goes back fairly quickly but then usually wakes again about 3 ish and sometimes can then be up and down for an hour or so.
any ides / thoughts would be great thanks.
