11 week old just wants to sleep all day today? Is this the norm?

Is this normal, she has a cold but has had that most of her life. She's just feeding and sleeping today.She's usually awake most of the day laughing and smiling....

They tend to sleep more when they are growing, you may find she is having a growth spurt. Also was she born by c section? i was told at hosp that c babies are generally a bit bunged up for first few weeks.
