A question for the PU/PDers?

DD (19 weeks) is rocked to sleep in the pram/on me for naps and is put into her cot asleep at night.

If we want to try PU/PD are we supposed to use it for both naps and bedtime from day one IYSWIM

you might find 19 weeks a little bit youg for this technique.

agree with moocowme - I did PU/PD only when ds decided he hated going into his cot to settle at night, but he was well past 6 months, nearer 8 in fact I think. if / when you do decide to go with it, possibly best to start off just with this at bedtime when you want dd to go to sleep for the night - otherwise you will spend every nap time in a battle - when they're this young, just let them have daytime naps wherever, if pram does it then great you can be out or in and dd will sleep!
