And his still in bed with and need him in his own bed and try and get him to fall asleep without me ... ?

Also im 4 months pregnant so im more tired now and its hard work ..

Any help needed ..

Hi, congratulations on your pregnancy.

You'd be surprised at how much milk you probably still have. Boobs get v. efficient after 12 mths but still have loads of creamy hind milk available on demand, though obviously pregnancy hormones can affect supply.

How you get him into his own bed/not nursing to sleep is really up to you and depends on your parenting beliefs. Dr. Jay Gordon's system might work for you. Not sure where your DS is teething-wise, but 14 months is common for molars and could cause the extra nursing/comfort nursing. Also, if he doesn't already have one, a sleep lovey, his own (toddler) bed, blanket, etc. could help him transition.

Thanks for advise .. it is becoming more harder to feed off me as it is uncomfortable / more sensitive .. and teeth are there and molars coming through now ..

I need to stop bfing now i think just so hard to comfort without him wanting me ..

A word of warning - it gets even harder once he can ask with a word. DS wakes up at night asking to nurse and using the word "please." Hard to say no to that!
