What time do you go to bed? I am a SAHM and still up at 23.15 but DH is at work full time and goes to bed at 22.00 or maybe 22.30 during the week. He is usually up and about at 6.50am in order to leave the house at 7.15am.

Am I a nightingale married to a lark?!!!

DH is asleep on the sofa as I type. DD asleep on my lap and DS asleep upstairs.... so just me awake... even the cat is sleeping too! Usually I go to bed about 11pm and maybe watch half an hour of TV and up anytime between 7-8am depending on when the children wake up. I try to stretch it a bit at the weekends. DH can sometimes fall asleep on the sofa half an hour after getting home from work and can sleep through anything - pah!
