... what she recommends in that chart near the beginning in terms of what sleep a 13mo should need? Think it's divided into no. of naps, total nap sleep time, night sleep time, total sleep - naps + night sleep.

No idea where my copy is in this awful dump of a house

She says at 12 months they should be getting 1-2 naps, for 2-3 hours total length of naptime hours,11 1/2-12 hours night sleep adding to a total of 13-14 over a 24 hour period.

No problem Oysterpots. DanJARMouse (love your name!) it says for a 9 month old:
2 naps, for for 2 1/2 to 4 hours total length of naptime, 11 to 12 hours night sleep adding up to a total of 14 hours over a 24 hours period.

thats fab, thanks.

DS is currently sleeping 2.5hrs in the morning and about 45mins in the afternoon and 12.5hrs at night.

Although it seems to have all gone to pot today, he slept as normal this morning, but refused to sleep this afternoon and went to bed as normal, but has just woken up thinking its playtime! GRRRRRR
