Did your DC sleep better with a duvet and pillow?

DS is 13mo and going through a bit of a bad patch with his sleeping.

Friend told me that they've given their 18mo DS a duvet and pillow now and that has vastly improved his sleep. Has this worked for anyone else?

Considering it but wondering whether my DS is a bit young at 13 months...

Actually, we have just this week given our 13mo a pillow to sleep on in a desperate attempt to get him to sleep for longer. He still sleeps in his grobag though.

I do think it is a bit young for a pillow, but when he ends up co-sleeping with us (every night) he always positions himself on the pillows and gets all comfy so we thought we'd give it a try.

Night 1 - slept through
Night 2 - awoke at around 1am and screamed so ended up in with us...again

I am not holding out much hope for tonight tbh
