DD is 13months old, she wakes every 1-2 hours throughout the night to bf back to sleep.

I am under alot of stress at the moment and do not think I have the energy to let her cry it out. I am newely single and feel that will be too much to deal with at the moment...

Has anyone hired someone to sleep train their baby? I am in London and if someone could recommend someone that would be great... Also if you have any idea of fees charged I would be intrested to know..

Hello there, sorry I have not replied earlier. I spoke to a mom that had had Jo for 3 days instead of the usual 2. She went from having a baby that used her as a dummy all night (her breast that is)to a boy that sleeps 12 hours a night and has 2 naps a day.
Emma (my daughter) is 1 year old on Sunday. I am not expecting miracles in 24 hours because of her age but for that price I am hoping her technique will work eventually!

Hi there try www.mybabymatters.co.uk

I used these with my twins, reasonable price and worked wonders, also really friendly and informal which i found really comforting. They are based in North london .
