For the past 6 weeks my 7 month old little girl is waking throughout the night! She's gone from sleeping all the way through the night to waking up every few hours. Recently she's waking at 3am and is wide awake. We've tried giving her cool water / changing her nappy / ignoring her but she doesn't settle until she's got a 7oz bottle of milk in her mouth and then she drinks the lot! She then returns to bed and sleeps through till 7am ish. She's on 3 solid meals a day, plus milk feeds! She's obviously hungry in the night - but I can't think that I could fit any more feeds in during the day! Any suggestions?????
