Pooing at the crack of dawn.

How do I prevent 20m ds from doing htis? Or from pooing 20-30mins after waking - a pain when he's woken at 4.30am.

Months ago I found that giving him all his bowel-mobilising foods (eg fruit etc) before lunch, and bunging-up stuff (eg rice, banananas) after, seemed to prevent him pooing first thing. But it's not working any more.

Help!

Ooh would be interested in this as this is ds 6 morning constitution!
Never found anything made a difference just glad he is now old enough to do it without disturbing us although i am left to flush it away

My 17n DD used to do this, woke herself and us up farting basically. I ignored her (slummy mummy) until it was time to get up.

Have no idea what has changed, but she's just stopped doing it.

So no advice, commiserations only. Its misery being woken early for turd.

I am basically woken up by the sound of ds2 pooing every morning. Sigh.
