16 month old groaning in sleep

My child has always been a bad sleeper, up every half an hour until 9 months old. 16 months old now and we get a few hours at a time but the groaning is unbearable. Doesn’t matter if she’s in with us or in her own bed, it can go on for over an hour. Her eyes are closed and she’s not fully awake or asleep. It’s every single night multiple times a night. Spoke about it before to doctors and health visitors but no concern. Am I missing something? Or have I just got an active/vocal sleeper?

Some babies are just like that. If she's okay in every other way then you just have to leave her to it. Mine were noisy sleepers. One particularly.

Normal for anyone to make noise whilst asleep? We always have our monitor on mute and we wear earplugs. We hear if she cries
