How long do your two year olds nap at this age

Hi all,

how long do your 2 year olds nap for in the days? My lo is 2yrs + 4 months and she loves her nap in the middle of the day but I am noticing it’s taking a lot longer for her to fall at sleep at night even if the wake window is long. She settles herself to sleep on her own and it’s always been fine but I’ve noticed she just does not seem tired at bedtime.

Mine is nearly 2 and we cap her nap at 1 hour; have done so for probably 6 months now. She often does less if we’re out and she naps in car or buggy. Any longer wnd we struggle to get her to bed before 8

My middle child just turned three and is in the process of dropping her nap. On the days where she naps, she usually sleeps for 1-2h. It definitely makes bedtime later on the days where she naps! But I’ve never really been keen to interrupt naps.

Her older brother was totally different and could happily start a 2h nap at 4pm, then go to bed as usual at 7.30pm. 😂

2 years and 3 months and my LO could nap for 1 hour or 2 hours and bedtime is still a nightmare. I think she just needs a longer day and less nighttime sleep so I’m rolling with it.
been aiming for like 5.5 wake window then a 6 hour before bed but I think she needs longer so I’m going to try 6 hours then 6 and see if bedtime is easier. I’ve never capped naps unless I know bedtime will be crazy late because if she has any form of nap bedtime is the same x sorry I’m not much help x
