my kids are school age, I work around school hours

I work weekends

I look after my old mum

We've no help, ziltch

Haven't had a night out in months and months

Can't get any time to relax

Think I need a good cry

think I'll have a cup of tea instead

Could you not get in contact with Social Services to see if they could arrange for your Mum to have some help so you could have a bit of respite?
