12 week old won’t go back in cot after 2am?!

As title suggest, the last two nights our 12 week old wakes up either immediately or after 10/20mins after being transferred back into his snuzpod. He goes in there fine 9.30/10pm and has slept 2-3 hours in there, might go back for another short sleep too. We’ve not had this problem since the newborn days and we’re at a bit of a loss and can’t help but to worry we’re in a regression of sorts already. He had his jabs 3 days ago so wondering/hoping that has caused him to be unsettled?
He’s EBF so I feed him to sleep and then in the transition from the nursing pillow to upright and then down into the cot he goes into a light sleep.
hoping people may have similar stories or any tips to prevent this again tonight?! The only way we’ve had some sleep was doing shifts as after 7 transfer attempts we just admit defeat.

Sounds entirely normal, 12 weeks ago he was inside your body! If you can safely do so I'd set up cosleeping arrangement and do side lying breastfeeding - no transfer required! You'll get way more sleep.

Is he (or the cot) cold?

Tbh they’re just sleeping more lightly by the second part of the night so it’s pretty normal. I would probably just cosleep if you can’t bear the sleep deprivation.
