Hey mums,

I’ve been struggling with getting proper sleep for weeks. Someone suggested trying Valerian root or Lemon Balm tincture instead of melatonin. Has anyone tried herbal sleep drops like these?
I’m open to natural options if they actually work curious if it helps you relax without feeling groggy the next day.

I use the Tisserand sleep rollerball on pulse points and that's pretty good. On ebay/Amazon.
