last three nights baby wakes up screaming like never heard before

had just started to finally sleep though-ish late at 8 months but now at 10 months last three nights waking up screaming and wont go back to bed unless really sooth after milk and stay in room till long gone sleep

teeth? has many already?

mares?

is this normal?

Dd1 occasionally woke up from about that age with a most blood-curdling scream and was seemingly inconsolable. It was so horrible and to this day I have only ever been able to assume that she was already experiencing some kind of bad dreams. Can't really offer any practical help, I'm afraid, but hope it doesn't happen too many more times for both your sakes.
