Baby girl is 12 weeks and is a terrific sleeper. Goes down at 9 30pm and wakes at 10am with on average 2 feeds (sometimes 1 or 0). She practically sleeps through these feeds so goes back down instantly. She self soothes herself and naps regularly throughout the day, wherever we are.
I've read a lot online about the 4 month sleep regression approaching. I'm trying to track her sleep schedule and naps and I am beginning to put her in her bed for day naps.
I'm honestly nervous she'll regress out of these pretty amazing habits so I'm curious to see if anyone's little ones didn't suffer too much with this. Will she perhaps skip?
Also any tips or advice would be fantastic! I am aware of trying to put her down earlier but honestly, I love the lie in and opportunity to get stuff done before she wakes in the morning. Is is necessary to try and change bedtime earlier at this stage?
Basically, do I need to stop worrying!!??
