Can anyone help? Got a two year old boy, he is three in july. very active, loving, typical 'naughty' boy. lots of tantrums at moment too! But sleep is issue - has always woken early (5-6ish) now is becoming more and more vocal, and earlier and earlier wakes all of us up and will not go back to sleep. he eats well and is happy in a 'big boy' bed. tried everything no daytime sleep, giving him a daytime sleep, etc- is this just boys? or just a phase? please share your advice!meant to add also he is getting really bad at settling to sleep, used to be good, now takes ages and ages of settling, cuddles, etc...

Sar is this my boy 2.7 you are talking about. He is very similar to yours.
If you get a miracle amswer please share.
I watched the news at 5.45am yesterday mornig, was that tired I couldn't tell u what it was about.
I have a tower fan on the landing and put it on full when he wakes up to mask the noise from waking dd 6.5(dream sleeper) up.

ha good to know I am not alone (tho feel great sympathy too for you). he wakes my little girl up (shes 4.5) too so everyone grumpy....i really am doubting if there is an answer. do you find yourself getting irritated with him? if he could just go to 6 reliably that would be a relief, how depressing it is to say that!
