Any affordable sleep apps that worked for you?

Hi everyone! I’m a new mom to a 6-month-old and I’m starting to feel like I really need to introduce more structure into our days – especially around naps and bedtime. Right now, sleep is all over the place and I’m running on fumes 😅

Some of my friends recommended using apps to track and build a routine. Huckleberry was mentioned a lot, but honestly, the price (almost $100 a year??) feels like a lot right now. One of my close friends swears by the Onoco app – she said once they adjusted her son's naps using a schedule from the app, he actually started sleeping through the night (!).

Which app do you use? Do you have any affordable tools or tricks that helped your little one sleep better? I’m really hoping to find something that won’t break the bank.
Thanks in advance – I’ve been learning so much from this community already ❤️

I wouldn't say you need an app, all they do is log sleep and track wake windows and predict next nap on the estimated wake window. I just learnt about appropriate wake windows for baby's age and roughly went by that as well as his cues
