I panic my toddler is either too warm or too cold at night. What does your toddler sleep in, in spring? Her bedroom can start from 19.5 degrees and goes down to 18 degrees in the night.
I put her in a short sleeve vest and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag. Is that warm enough for her? I just worry she will over heat 😩
