One year old into own room - food refusal

Hi!

We've just moved our 12m old into her own room / cot (from bed sharing).
She's suddenly become SUPER clingy in the day and refusing to eat.

The clinginess I can deal with - I understand she needs more cuddles and love because she's missing the nighttime closeness.

The food refusal is stressing me out :( she's barely eaten in 3 days and prior to this wr had weaned off formula so I don't really have a 'back up'.

Anyone else experience this during sleep training - need some consolation and comfort 😭

Oh OP hang in there. It’s hard going but it will get better. I assume you just keep offering different foods at all times?
