14 month old EMW - how to handle nap transition?

Hi all - my 14 month old has woken early nearly every day since 5 months old, he’s always seemed to of needed less sleep than other his age. I feel we are definitely maxed out on 2 naps and now he is waking up at 4:20am often (usually 5-5:30 which was bad enough). How do I handle transitioning him to 1 nap when he’s been up so early?
Usually he naps
9-9:30am (I wake him otherwise he won’t go down again)
1:45-3pm
in bed asleep usually by 7:30-745
Any advice would be great - back at work now and even with going to bed myself by 9-9:30pm it’s really exhausting me being up at 4:20 daily

Nap transitions are always rough. I think you might just have to resign yourself to a bad day or two where you don't put him down for the early nap and then bring the second nap forward to 11.30ish. Try to do fun things like going out for walks to entertain him until you reach the new nap time.
He does seem to have very low sleep needs for a 14 m o/d. Hopefully with just one nap it'll lead to more consolidated sleep in both the day and the night.
