Hi just looking for some advice, my 11 week old will go down between 9pm/10pm/11pm and she will then sleep until about 3am, after that long stretch of sleep she is then awake every 30 mins to an hour, she doesn’t wake up crying or anything she actually wakes up happy and is cooing and smiling away in her Moses basket😂(she is the easiest baby ever literally never cries). she’s just been through a sleep regression where she was waking every half hour from when she went down for the night, not sure what i can do to help this, she’s breastfed and even when she has a longer 20/30 min feed she is still waking every hour after 3am, I understand this is probably normal but I am just wondering if there’s anything I can do to help her sleep the long stretch after 3am? Thanks😊

I would try to cluster feed from 9pm onwards and see if that makes any difference.

Also to add the very odd occasion she will sleep really well with only 1-2 wakes a night so I just find it strange that she will wake alot after 3am most of the time and occasionally will sleep through?

This will sound airy fairy but have you seen an osteo since her birth?

Always worth ruling out anything physical (as well as gp)

I had never even heard of an osteo pre pregnancy but now I respect birth is a physical journey and these tiny people could do with a look over.

Digestive systems activate around 4am so wind, hunger? She's trying to tell you something...now the fun part to guess what.

Hey I haven’t! I’ve never heard of one either, I will have a look into it for sure, she will feed when she wakes up but sometimes literally for a minute maybe 5 mins max and then she’s back to sleep again I try to get her to feed more but she’s just not interested xx
