3.5 year old suddenly waking loads in night

For the past month or so my 3.5 year old keeps waking up to come into my bed. Not sure what's triggered it but it's also coincided with early wake time. Anytime between 5-5:30. He will either come in or sit and shout in his bed for me. Help!

It could be the sunrise waking them up.
Do you have blackout curtains in their room. Worth a try if not.
Or possibly try one of those Gro clocks where the bunny lets them know when wakeup time is.

Sorry didn't realize that's from October! Hopefully they have it sorted now.
