Just interested to know what time you lot generally go to bed, what time you get up and whether you are disturbed in the night (by kids, pets, husbands...)

I generally go up at 10.30, have the light out around 11pm
Am getting less disturbed than I was as ds starts to sleep better again, but still usually find him in the middle and the cat on my feet by morning.
I get up between 7 and 7.30.

So I get around 8 hours, usually slightly disturbed sleep.

What about you?

DS (13mths) bed at 7pm. Oooggs bed at 10pm and asleep by 10.30pm woken by DS at 8.30am. This will all change in two weeks when for three days DS starts nursery at 7am .

But for the first 12mths of life DS wouke 3 times every night. So I am just catching up .

I give dd a Baby Whisperer 'dreamfeed' about 10ish and then straight to bed with DH. Will be up again about 430am for breastfeed and then again at 7am when she is up for the day. Whole family gets up about 730am. Don't think I wake up properly at 430am though - can feed her in zombie status.

Went to Florida on holiday and there he was waking about 4am for milk. When we got home kept putting him down at 7pm but he must have thought his morning was still in USA time 'cos now waking around 8.30am and this has continued for 6 weeks.

A bit expensive and drastic

Try to get to bed by 11.30, dd1 normally ends up in bed with us several times during the night, we keep moving her back into her own bed, dh wakes at 6.30 for work, dd1 wakes when I wake her up, normally around 8, dd2 who is thankfully a good sleeper normally wakes aroound 7.30. And then the cat keeps climbing on me, dh has the kids and I have the cat.....

OMG, am I a wuss? Bed at 9pm. Up once or twice with DS and generally up at 6:30 or 7am.

Usually intend going to bed early but very rarely do. Mostly go to sleep some time between 12.30 and 2.00am; alarm goes off at 6.00am. Sometimes can't sleep much at all; not sure why as I've no little ones to wake me now (though dd phoned me at 1.30am the other week, after I'd gone to sleep, and kept me talking till 4.00am, so even grown-up children can wake you in the night!)
Feeling very jaded today, so this really is going to be one of those early nights!
