Hello! My LO has just turned 11 months old he's never been a good sleeper, slept through the night 3-5 months, sleep regression hit and he hasn't slept through since! Last week we began putting him down in cot awake and letting him fall asleep on his own as he is very used to being cuddle to sleep and heard going to sleep alone can encourage longer stints of sleep. This worked well he would put him self to sleep after around 20 mins of being in cot (not crying) and sleep 7.30- 6am. The past 2 days I feel like we have took 5 steps back he hasn't been settling easy, waking up every 2 hours and being ready for the day at 5 Am. We always stick to the same routine and have done since he was about 3 months old. Does any one know why this could be happening? It seems we find something this works but it never seems to stick! Thank you!!!

How many naps are they having? Is it time to drop one?
My LO went to 1 nap at 10 months. (However I'm also up now as he's almost 3 and doesn't sleep through the night)

He's having 2 at the minute usually around a hour on a morning and a hour on an afternoon. I think I'll try pushing back his morning nap as he has been more difficult to get to sleep and try with just 1 nap a day! Ohh! It's exhausting!
