So she’s been going down to sleep about 9:30pm & has been sleeping through till about 5am sometimes later, Is that normal or should I be waking her? She’s been fighting her naps in the day too and only ends up having short half hour naps here and there.

the last few days since she has done this she’s been a bit constipated and found blood in her stools (the doc has given me meds for this) but I’m just thinking could this be because she's missing a feed? She has ready made of a night I find it so much easier!
just over anxious FTM who can’t sleep 🥺

Oh bless you. I’m on my second and still obsess over sleep (did a post this morning about my 4wo sleeping for 6 hours). As everyone said to me, if they are weeing, pooing, gaining weight and having alert periods (which your LO sounds like) they there’s no need to worry and you can sleep.

if you want professional reassurance, give your health Vistor a call? Not sure what country you’re from but in the UK the contact number should have been provide by the HV in that initial visit!

enhoybyour sleep and congratulations 🥳 on becoming a parent
