What time do people put their 9 month old to bed?

Just wondering what other peoples routines are for their 9 month babies?

Mine tends to get sleepy at around 9pm and wakes around 6-7am. But hear a lot of people say their 9 month olds go to bed at 7pm? Know every baby / routine is different but wanted a rough idea of what most people do x

10MO. 6pm bath, 6:25 bottle, bed at 6:40. But it’s a personal choice, having baby free evenings means everything to me. If you’re happy with things as they are and baby isn’t tired then no need to shake up !

My little one was in bed by 5:30/6 at that age

my baby in bed at 7 latest at that age

She’s 1 now, but it’s been 7 ish since she was about 6 months.

But do whatever works for you - they adapt and you can have baby free time whenever works.

9pm. I found if i put baby to bed any earlier they would be up at 4 or 5am... I wish I could do an earlier bedtime but little one has other ideas..

8ish for us!

All the people who are putting their babies to sleep at 630-7pm, what time do they wake up in the morning? Mine wakes at 730am with a 9pm bed time, I shudder to think what time they'd wake if I put them down that early!

Anywhere between 5:30-6. Even if he has a later night, say 7 he'll still be up half 5. He's always got up that time so I figured if he'll at least get a decent sleep I don't mind.

Not until 9ish at that age because that would mean she would be up super early.

I also prioritised day sleep because that was genuinely ‘me time’ to catch on some work or watch a couple of trashy shows or take a looooong day bath. If I left that until after bedtime, then I’d usually be too tired to work or stuck compromising with whatever DH wanted to do that evening.

So she would have good naps in the day so wasn’t tired at 6:30.
