Any help/advice for my 4 year old sleep difficulties

Hey everyone! So, really looking for a bit of help and advice with my 4 year old and sleep! We've been struggling for a good year at least now and no matter what we try nothing seems to be working so far. The main issues is that basically by 6pm of an evening my daughter is exhausted. Now, if we let her go to sleep around this time then within 2/3 hours she's wide awake again, like she's just had a 'nap' and then can stay awake until early hours in the morning. Now, if we keep her awake past the 6pm stage it's like she gets so over tired that before you know it you're still trying to get her to settle gone 11pm (currently still awake as I'm writing this 11.05pm) we're all up by 7.30am every morning so it isn't like she's able to sleep in the next day which makes her tired and groggy. I just feel like evenings at the moment from 5pm-12pm are a constant struggle. There's no grown up downtime, my older son doesn't get as much attention as he deserves and it's starting to get everybody down. Anybody have similar experiences that had anything work for them, or any ideas/tips/tricks we could try at all? Thanks in advance, one tired mumma x
